If you work overtime on a normal day, you are entitled to receive an hourly rate of 1.5 times your regular wage. To make it easier, you can use software like PayrollPanda to preset overtime for automatic calculations.

If you want to register for an income tax number, you can either fill an online application on MyTax as an individual taxpayer or apply for it at your nearest LHDN office.

Hey! As far as I know, benefits-in-kind are not exempt from tax, unless stated otherwise. So, usually, they're part of an employee's taxable income. But, some benefits can be exempt. For eg. if your employer provides childcare, its exempt from tax deduction. I'd suggest you check with your HR depart...
