Hey Tan Mei! When calculating overtime pay, wages don't include things like accommodation, utilities, food, travel allowances, pension contributions, termination benefits, bonuses, or incentives. Hope this helps!

Hey Wendy! SOCSO (Social Security Organization) or PERKESO (Pertubuhan Keselamatan Sosial) in Malay is essentially a government organization that provides social security benefits to employees. These benefits are established under the Employees' Social Security Act of 1969.

Hey Andrew! You can make PCB payments online via FPX through select bank portals. You can also use cheque deposit kiosks at CIMB Bank or pay in cash at POS Malaysia counters. Hope this helps!

Hey there Cheryl! :D If your annual income (after EPF deductions) reaches RM 34,000 or more, you have to submit a tax return, unless you are exempt under certain conditions.
