Hi there!

We're thrilled to have you join our vibrant PayrollPanda community! This forum is designed for learning, sharing, and connecting with fellow Malaysian payroll professionals. To foster a safe and productive space for everyone, we've outlined some essential guidelines for everyone to follow.

Violations to these guidelines may result in immediate removal of posts, issuance of warning or removal of a user from the PayrollPanda Forum. Our moderators have full discretion to remove any content they deem to be inappropriate for this forum.

Engagement Guidelines

Respect and Courtesy
  • Treat all members with respect and kindness. This means avoiding offensive language, personal attacks, and discriminatory remarks. Let's embrace our diverse backgrounds and engage in discussions with understanding and empathy.
  • Engage in constructive and respectful dialogue. Focus on ideas and issues, not personalities. If you disagree with someone, please ensure to express your thoughts respectfully in the spirit of camaraderie rather than antagonism.
Ensuring a Safe and Orderly Environment
  • Refrain from posting harmful or illegal content. This includes but is not limited to profanity, vulgarity, sexually explicit information, hate speech and information that could be used to harm or exploit others.
  • No spam or self-promotion. Avoid spamming the forum with repetitive messages, advertisements, or self-promotional content. Let's keep the focus on meaningful discussions and helpful contributions.
  • Stay on topic. When creating new threads or responding to existing ones, ensure your contributions are relevant to the discussion at hand. If you have unrelated topics, feel free to start a new thread.
  • Use clear and concise language. Proper grammar and punctuation improve communication and contribute to a professional forum atmosphere.
  • Use descriptive titles. When starting new threads, choose informative titles that accurately reflect the content, helping others easily find relevant discussions.
Protecting Privacy
  • The PayrollPanda Forum is a public space, and posts are not reviewed before publication.
  • Please refrain from sharing private or sensitive information about yourself or others, including uploaded screenshots.
  • Our team will promptly remove any such information. If you encounter instances while navigating the forum, please report them to our team.
Reporting Inappropriate Content

We are committed to maintaining a safe space for all users. If you come across inappropriate or harmful content, please refrain from engaging with it and report it to the moderators for review and action:
  • Locate the post you wish to report.
  • Click the "Report" button.
  • A pop-up window or form will appear, allowing you to explain why you're reporting the post.
  • State your reason clearly and concisely. Be specific about what you find inappropriate about the content.
  • Once you've explained your reason, submit the report.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates our Forum Guidelines.

Thank you for taking the time to familiarise yourself with our forum guidelines and rules. The PayrollPanda Forum is here to facilitate learning, knowledge sharing, and meaningful discussions to empower Malaysian payroll professionals like yourself.
