Hey!

As far as I know, benefits-in-kind are not exempt from tax, unless stated otherwise.

So, usually, they're part of an employee's taxable income. But, some benefits can be exempt. For eg. if your employer provides childcare, its exempt from tax deduction.

I'd suggest you check with your HR department or company policies to know which benefits are excluded from tax deduction.
